Notice of Right to Cancel

If you have signed a Letter of Authority and/or Terms of Engagement with one of our partner Claims Management Companies (CMCs), you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your claim without charge.

To cancel your claim, you may contact the Claims Management Company handling your claim directly. For example:

If you contact checkfinance.co.uk to request cancellation, we will pass your cancellation request on to Consultation Claims Ltd on your behalf as soon as reasonably practicable.

Important: Cancelling your enquiry or introduction via checkfinance.co.uk does not automatically cancel any agreement you may have entered into with a partner Claims Management Company.

To ensure your claim and any related agreement are cancelled within the applicable cooling-off period, you should also contact the Claims Management Company directly.

Cancelling within the cooling-off period will not result in any charge.
